Selected rows in the Signal List and Pin List may also be dragged within the same list window. This operation changes pin assignments. To reassign pins select the signals in the Signal List, and drag the rows to a different position. During the drag and drop, the pin numbers are displayed in new positions. Dropping the pins assigns them. Similarly it is possible to select - in the Pin List - pins that are assigned, and then drag the signals assigned to them to a new position in the Pin List. Note that this feature, as opposed to other pin assignment options, always changes existing assignments.
