VdCreateTime.Constant

VDCREATE_AFTER_NOTIFY: The notification appears after the object is placed. The numerical value for this constant is 1.
VDCREATE_BEFORE_NOTIFY: The notification is appears before the object is placed. The numerical value for this constant is 0.
