This release addresses the following DRs/ERs:
Fewer DENIED messages in the license server’s debug log (DR 1361235) — When a checkout failed, prior releases logged a DENIED message twice in the license server’s debug log. The license server now logs only a single DENIED message.
Licensing may use fewer system resources (DR 1308299) — Licensing for some products now consumes fewer file descriptors, potentially leading to higher capacity for license servers in high-use environments such as grids.
