You can add objects
to a view using point and click, or by dragging the object with
the mouse.
Procedure
- On the Object Bar palette,
click the icon for the object you want.
- Select one of the following
methods to place the object in the view.

Use point and click

Move the mouse pointer
to the view and click at the position you want. The object is given
a default size as previously defined for the type of object.

Drag with the mouse
|
Place the mouse pointer where you want the upper-left
corner of the object to be located.
Hold down the left mouse
button.
Move the mouse pointer to the right and down;
a dotted outline of the object appears.
When the object is the size you want, release
the mouse button.
